HashedMap is an independent software studio. This policy covers hashedmap.com and any HashedMap-operated software product that links to this policy.
2. Information we collect
On the marketing website (hashedmap.com), we collect only what is necessary to operate and improve the site:
- Standard server logs — IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, and timestamp. Logs are retained for a short period for security and debugging.
- Email correspondence — when you email us at hello@hashedmap.com, we receive your message and email address.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell personal data.
3. Cookies
hashedmap.com does not set marketing or advertising cookies. We may use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep the site functional.
4. Our products
Individual HashedMap products — including NextPay at nextpay.hashedmap.com — publish their own privacy policies covering the data they handle.
5. Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email us at hello@hashedmap.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Security
We follow industry-standard practices to protect the small amount of data we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
